Doyle Appraisal Services, Inc. is a full service appraisal firm providing real estate valuation and consulting services in Central Florida with a particular emphasis in West Volusia County. Areas of real estate expertise include residential, commercial, industrial, multi-family and subdivision development. Clients include financial institutions, local governments, Federal and State Agencies, law firms, accounting firms, developers, homeowners and buyers. Our services are typically performed in conjunction with mortgage loans, internal accounting, estate taxes, consulting or eminent domain.

Robert Doyle, MAI, SRA, is the President of the company and has been appraising real estate since 1984. Mr. Doyle received his BBA in finance from Florida Atlantic University in 1985 and subsequently earned the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) and SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) from the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Doyle is a State Certified General Appraiser (RZ0000393) and a licensed real estate broker (BK409731) by the State of Florida. Mr. Doyle has completed the requirements under the continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute and remains active with professional endeavors on both national and local levels.
